Program Description
2005-06 Funding
Handicapped and Elderly Law Project Legal advice and representation in civil cases for disabled and/or elderly individuals, increasing their safety, stability, and independence, and targeted community outreach.
Legal Education for Youth Project Various legal topics presented to school and at-risk youths to LAWO is a nonprofit regional law firm dedicated to providing high quality recognize and prevent legal problems, reduce school and relationship legal assistance in civil matters to help eligible low-income individuals and violence, and encourage legal careers.
Legal Intervention for Families in Trouble Improves low-income families' safety and stability through legal help in civil cases; community education and agency training; and systemic advocacy on community-wide issues.
