Donations made to the Community Solutions Fund are distributed among United Way's Outcome Partners. Community Partnerships oversees this fund distribution process and the community volunteers who made these tough decisions.

Community Partnerships has developed relationships with the Outcome and System Partners that are based on community ownership, accountability, equity, and inclusiveness.

In addition, Community Partnerships works to build consensus about community assets and needs, encourages collaboration on priority issues, supports integrated service delivery, and leverages/manages resources to achieve results.
