What is Young Leaders Circle (YLC)?
As emerging leaders in our community, YLC members are resourceful, active, and value the importance of philanthropy. They support the work of United Way of the Greater Dayton Area in improving the quality of life through human services by building on community strengths.

Membership Criteria
Individuals, 45 years of age and younger, who annually contribute a gift of $1,000 or more to United Way of the Greater Dayton Area are invited to become members of the Young Leaders Circle. Couples may join by contributing a combined annual gift of $1,500 or more. Only one spouse needs to be age 45 or younger.
