Program Description



Adult Day Services
The Senior Resource Connection's Adult Day Service Programs are social health/ rehabilitation models offering comprehensive care and socialization to individuals in a community setting.
Adult Protective Services

The Adult Protective Services Program investigates and provides case management for elderly residents of Montgomery County who are being subjected to abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Congregate Meal Program
This program provides hot, nutritionally balanced meals served restaurant style in a social setting to seniors, their spouses (any age) and individuals living in a congregate site building.
Home Health Care
The Home Health Care Program provides direct personal care and homemaker services to frail, isolated homebound elderly, thus avoiding premature institutionalization.
Meals on Wheels Program
This program provides nutritionally balanced meals with a complete range of regular and therapeutic diets.   Meals are delivered to homebound seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals.
Preventative Outreach Services for the Elderly
Through the provision of case management, Preventative Outreach independent living Services offers a centralized point of entry for services available to the elderly.
Senior Aides Program
The Senior AIDES program provides paid training assignments for low-income seniors age 55+ and counseling and referral services for displaced workers age 50+.
