● Increase funding for emergency assistance and improve utilization and coordination of resources.

● Sustain access to adequate systems, resources, and programs for children and adults that have no or inadequate health insurance.
● Improve access and appropriate utilization of available health resources and services.
● Support community-based services for child health, persons who are elderly or disabled, behavioral health, and prescription assistance.

Nonprofit Sector
● Sustain and expand the 2-1-1 universal dial code across the region, Ohio, and the nation.
● Facilitate tax incentives for charitable giving and protect nonprofit tax exemption with accountability and transparency.
